On Colrs, everything is worth its price from day one. The only “discounts” you’ll ever see are logical ones, like bundles or multi-packs.
For product-related issues such as technical problems, compatibility questions, or feature inquiries, contact the creator directly through your order page. They know their products best and can usually resolve issues fast.
If a download fails, the creator is unresponsive (5+ business days), or you can't reach a resolution, contact us at support@colrs.io. We'll step in to help.

We review every application manually and aim to get back to you within a few business days.
Yes. Articles are open to anyone in the industry, creator or not. We publish technique and workflow pieces, written under your own name with a byline. Pitches, guidelines and what we do and do not publish are on the Contribute page.
Buying
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you're redirected to your order page where your files are ready to download.
No stress. Every purchase stays linked to your account.
Log in and go to your order history. Your downloads are available there.
At least 2 years from the date of purchase, for as long as your account is active. Even if a tool is later removed from sale, your download stays.
If you close your account, access ends 90 days later, so download your files first. Keeping a local backup is always smart.
Some plugins and apps need a key to activate. When they do, it says so on the product page. You'll get the key by email from the creator, separately from your order, usually within minutes. Manual delivery can take up to two business days.
Check your spam folder first, since it comes from the creator's own address. Still nothing? Email support@colrs.io with your order number and we'll chase it.
Yes. You need an account to complete a purchase and access your downloads.
Creating one takes less than a minute.

Almost anywhere. Our products are digital, so wherever you can pay through Stripe you get instant access to your downloads.
There is a short list of countries we cannot sell to right now, mostly because a tax registration is not in place yet or because the payment situation leaves us no route. Those are listed in the next question.
Yes, a short list. Some are closed because a tax registration is not in place yet, others because sanctions or the payment infrastructure leave us no route. The list below is generated from our live store settings, so it cannot fall out of date.
We cannot take orders from these countries at the moment, not from businesses either.
- BelarusClosed under the same sanctions and payment restrictions as Russia.
- BrazilClosed. Under the new CBS and IBS rules the tax sits with the platform from the first sale, with no exemption for business buyers. Opening up means registering in Brazil, and we are measuring demand before we take that on.
- Isle of ManNot right now. The Isle of Man sits in the same VAT union as the UK and follows the same registration.
- KenyaClosed. Kenyan VAT applies from the first sale and the reverse charge for business buyers was withdrawn in 2022. Opening up means registering in Kenya, and we are measuring demand before we take that on.
- MexicoClosed. Mexican VAT applies from the first sale and there is no reverse charge for business buyers, so a business verification would not help. Opening up means registering in Mexico, and we are measuring demand before we take that on.
- RussiaClosed. Sanctions and payment restrictions leave us no route in. We know that lands on individual artists who had no say in any of it.
- United Kingdom (UK)Not right now. Our UK VAT registration is still going through. This one is temporary.
In these countries VAT on digital services applies from the very first sale to a consumer, with no threshold, and we would have to register locally first. Businesses are a different matter: if you visit from one of these countries you will see a notice; leave your email there and we send you a link to confirm your business registration, after which you can buy like anyone else.

Countries come off this list once the paperwork behind them is done. We would rather not sell to you at all than sell to you and get the tax wrong.
By starting your download you confirm immediate delivery and waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right, so digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
Genuine defects still qualify: a broken or corrupted file, a product that doesn't match its description, or compatibility that was wrongly stated.
Not valid: a change of mind after downloading, not checking compatibility first, or a creative result that didn't meet expectations.

Yes, by invitation. Put a sign-up link in your purchase note, inside your product files, on your creator page, or on your own site.
What you cannot do is add buyers to a list using the contact details you receive through an order. Those reach you so you can deliver a licence key or answer a support question, and they stay limited to that.
Two things to keep out of those places: discount codes or limited-time offers for your Colrs listings, and anything suggesting a buyer has already been added to a list.
One practical note: check your links now and then. A purchase note stays attached to an order for years, and a dead sign-up link turns into a support question for both of us.

Selling
Monthly, via SEPA or PayPal, straight to your account.
It's automatic. You never file a withdrawal request, we prepare your payout for you. We also generate a self-billing invoice on your behalf, so there's no paperwork on your end.
Stripe only processes buyer payments at checkout. Your payout comes from Colrs.
No. We issue a self-billing invoice on your behalf for every payout, in line with the Vendor Agreement. We email it to you, and your payout history is in your vendor dashboard.
Earnings clear about 18 days after the order is completed, a short holding period that covers the cancellation window. Once cleared, we pay out monthly as soon as your balance reaches €50; anything below rolls over to the next month. Refunds are deducted first, so every payout reflects confirmed sales.
The sale reverses and the earning comes off your balance. Who carries the rest depends on the cause. Your product at fault means it's on you, including the fees our payment provider keeps. A stolen card is on us. A buyer who keeps the file and disputes anyway is split the way we split the sale. We settle it against your next payout, and we tell you why. Full detail in Section 5.10 of the Vendor Agreement.
Monthly, once your balance reaches €50.
Below that threshold, your earnings roll over to the next month.
30% flat, all-in. It covers payment processing, VAT handling in every country we sell to, affiliate commissions, stolen-card fraud, hosting and curation. We never add a fee on top of it. You keep 70% of the net sale price.
Example: a €50 sale, excluding VAT, puts €35 in your pocket.
Nothing else comes off your share. We're the seller of record, so on every sale the payment fees, the VAT filings, the affiliate commissions and the losses on stolen cards come off our side. Platforms with a lower headline rate tend to bill the rest back to you.
And it runs the other way too: bring the buyer yourself through your affiliate link or the embed, and you earn the 10% on top of your 70%.
No. Affiliates earn 10%, and it comes out of our 30%, not your 70%. A sale through an affiliate link pays you exactly the same as any other. And if you are the affiliate, you earn that 10% yourself.
Almost anywhere. We pay out via SEPA bank transfer (within the SEPA zone) or PayPal (worldwide), so as long as you can receive one of those, you're good.

Share tools you believe in, and earn on what you refer. You get a personal link, and when someone buys through it, you earn a commission. No codes, no catches.
10% of every net sale you refer, excluding VAT. Tracked automatically through your link.
Last click, 30-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is credited to you. No coupon codes to hand out, just your link.
Monthly, via SEPA or PayPal, once your balance reaches €50. Below that, it rolls over to the next month.
Just like our creators, we generate a self-billing invoice for your commission, so you never have to invoice us.
Yes. A commission is confirmed once the buyer's withdrawal window has passed, so there's a short hold before it becomes payable. That keeps payouts clean if an order gets cancelled.
Anyone who wants to share tools they rate. Like our creators, affiliates are reviewed before they're approved. You'll need a valid VAT or tax registration number, since we invoice your commission on your behalf.
Your own products, yes. Your own orders, no.
If you also sell on Colrs, you earn the 10% on your own products when someone buys through your link, on top of your Creator Share. You earn nothing on purchases you make yourself. When you promote your own work, say that it is yours and that the link is an affiliate link.
